RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

Returns or refunds are not allowed, unless a deficiency or defective state is found in the manufacturing or function of a particular product. Please contact us at sales@pcomsupply.com with any questions or concerns. We certainly strive for your complete satisfaction, and we will do everything possible to resolve any issues with your order. We want to earn your continued business and referrals.
PLEASE NOTE: Canceled orders (prior to shipping) will require a 4% fee, to cover the card/site processing and handling fees incurred by our business when you placed your order; or a 50% restocking fee, whichever is higher. Refunds can take up to 15 business days to show up with your payment provider. Thank you.
ALREADY SHIPPED ITEMS: If you feel the need to cancel prior to receiving your item, but after it has already shipped as indicated by a tracking number to your address provided at time of order, new burner returns require a 50% restocking fee to cover lost shipping fees and other handling costs. For orders shipped outside the U.S., all customs fees, penalties and/or trucking fees, penalties and storage costs are the responsibility of the customer before any credit calculation is made or refunded. This is also incurred by us as a distributor from the factory. Thank you.
