SHIPPING TO CUSTOMERS IN THE CONTINENTAL U.S. AND CANADA ONLY AT THIS TIME.  “FREE SHIPPING,” if indicated, applies only to the United States, lower 48 continental states, not including Alaska and Hawaii or Canada, and does not include military F.P.O .addresses.  We reserve the right to cancel any orders that may have allowed in error shipping to these locations without applying the appropriate charges.
